My wife and I have now been using Be Broadband as our ISP for 3 months. If you weren't aware, they claim to offer up to 24MB connections in London.
While we have not been getting 24MB as we are a fair way from the exchange, we have been getting at least 8MB which compares favourably to our last ISP which charged the same but only provided 1MB. Please let me know if anyone is actually getting speeds of close to 24MB?
I personally don't like waiting on the phone and while the 6-10min wait for support is better than some other ISPs, it is still a bit slow for me. I recommend using the ticket system which I always find is replied to within 24 hours.
