I have moved all my contacts over from my old version of outlook , how do I
convert my clients and business contacts into the bcm part of outlook
contacts and if possible leave the original data where it is

contacts and if possible leave the original data where it is

Right click on a contact in the Outlook Contacts folder, drag it to
the BCM Accounts or Business contacts folder. When you release it,
it'll give you the option of moving or copying it.
