BCM vs. Outlook Contacts

Hey everyone, thank goodness I finally found this fourm -- BCM is frustrating. I wanted to solicit some advice

1. What functionality does BCM have that Contacts don't have

My situation. I need to track phone conversations, emails and tasks (basically keep a history) for many of my contacts and I need to be able to print basic reports for a specific contact or a series of contacts.... am I better of using BCM or just making them a regular contact??

Thanks in advance for any insight!! Wish Microsoft made more technical information about BCM functionality availabe (even if you only get to see it AFTER you buy it)

BCM does a much better job (IMO) of tracking email messages and other
related items than Outlook does natively. And it can produce reports on that
information. Even if you delete or archive the original message or other
item, BCM still has a copy in its database. For what you describe, BCM could
be a very useful tool.
