BCM vs ACT

We are currently looking for a contact managment tool (not for sales) and
unfortunately the Microsoft site isn't great at providing information about
the tool. Does anyone have a plus or minus on either tool? How easy does it
create mail merge lists (if I want to email the same 500 people every friday)
does BCM do this? How many custom fields can you create? Any assistance
would be appreciated.

The easiest answer is to get my free eBook that tells you how to get from
ACT! to BCM.

Check out the Marketing Campaigns in BCM to do your weekly mail merge.

You can add 40 fields to each of the business contact, account, opportunity,
and business project records in BCM.

Lon

BCM itself doesn't do mail merge, but Word can do mail merge with
contacts stored in BCM.
