BCM Not There

I did an upgrade install from Outlook 2000 professional to Outlook 2003 with
BCM. When I click on the contacts menu on left side, I do not see any BCM
menu options or folders. I checked the regedit to make sure the load value
was 3 and it is. I have "reinstalled" BCM and nothing changed. Please Help!
Thank you.

Hi,

Go to Help->About MS Outlook->Disabled Items and enable any item that is
disabled.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I did go to the disabled items and the
only one that was there did not appear to be connected to BCM, but I enabled
it anyway. Unfortunately that was not the cure either.

I have done some more reading, and it seems as though since I am using the
BCM in an Outlook with an exchange server, there seems do be some conflict.
I added another profile strictly for BCM (no email account connection) and it
is there and usable. I am guessing that is all I can do for now. However, I
hope something changes so I can use it with my exchange server calendar and
all, and synch with Pocket PC.
