BCM Installation problem

I am running windows XP and Office 2007 but after repeated attempts at
uninstalling and reinstalling BCM it does not show up on outlook and I do not
get the startup wizzard. I have installed service packs but that does not
appear to help. I do not get any error messages, it just does not work. I
have also installed this on my home computer set up the same way and it
worked fine. Can anyone help?

There's also a place in the Outlook outspace that controls which add-
ins are turned on and off.
