BCM for Action Pack

Anyone have any suggestions on getting Business Contact
Manager for Office Professional 2003 that comes with
Action Pack subscription?

It's not included with Action Pack, so you can't.

Check on the microsoft web site for how to buy it ... I suspect only way
is with Outlook or with Office (including Outlook).

Contact the Action Pack administration. They're the only ones who can
address the omission.
 
It's in the latest drop; just got mine.

So far BCM looks cool... just a couple of issues with sharing data - same
id - between machines.

And now that I have read more BCM stuff; it seems that is by design for V1.
