BCM Error message

Hope one of you with expertise can give me hand on this. I run W2000 Pro and
Office 2003 with BCM installed (several times now). It has worked in the
past, but another problem caused me to Repair Outlook from Control Panel and
BCM went away! Not those contact folders, but the application, so I
reinstalled BCM from CD and got the application back, but when I try to open
a BCM Contact, the error message says, "Can't open this item. Error loading
form. Some of the needed controls may not be registered." This is the
standard default BCM form, not a custom form. The other contact folders in
Outlook (NOt BCM) open and save just fine. Unfortunatly most of my contacts
are in BCM. Any thoughts from the group? I appreciate your help.

Hi Walter

Can you check the registry and see if the following key is present and what
the value is for InprocServer32>

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
