BCM Error, Cannot go Online. Offline DB Stays Available.

I get this error on a Notebook machine when trying to reconnect to the BCM
Database after working offline.
"Going online has been cancelled, but you can continue to work in the
offline database."

There is no thread on the internet i can find with this error. I hope
somebody can help me with this.
