BCM 2007 - breaks easily when working offline, then online etc.

We have found that BCM 2007 (SP1) continually breaks (will not go online, or
will not go offline). The only thing that seems to trigger this, is when the
worker using BCM from his nome location. The home connection is connected
through an always on IPSec router-to-router VPN.

Has anybody else found similar?

BCM is a great piece of software.... when it works.

BCM is a great piece of software.... when it works.

Turn on logging in the BCM About dialog. The logs may have a clue. I
suspect network latency is a likely cause.
