BCM 2003 Account contacts

I have a client that is using BCM and wants to list contacts within an
account by the contacts account name.

When you have an account you can associate contacts. There are columns with
info regarding the contact, like name, email etc... Is there a way to
display the contacts account name?

Thanks!

I think what will work is to customize the view, if I understand your
question correctly. Go to the Business Contacts view, then click on View,
Current View, Define Views and you'll see a list of all the views available.
I recommend copying one and then modifying that one. You'll see where you
can change columns and even filter which data appears in that view. This is
a very powerful feature in BCM and Outlook...

HTH,
Lon
