When I send out an email with bcc recipients, I go to the
sent folder to look at the email that was sent out and I
am unable to see the bcc recipients. How am I able to
send out an email via bcc, but I (the sender) am able to
see who it went to? Thanks for the help.

Double-click the sent e-mail item to open it in its own window. You
should now see the BCC header filled with what list of recipients you
had specified. The Preview pane will not show the contents of the BCC
header.
