sending to multiple contacts like BCC

I want to send out a bulk email to 500 contacts without using the BCC
(as some email accounts filter BCC emails into the trash)... is there
a way of sending to all my contacts (without them being able to see
the other recipients) without using BCC?

Use a mail merge.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these

Mailmerge or mailing list software, e.g. try our email scheduler
(http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm) which will allow you to send
multiple individual emails, html or plain text, with attachments, either as
a one-off or regularly at a specified time and interval
