bcc forwards are being returned to me

I recently returned from abroad and find that bcc forwarded emails are
echoing back. Only bcc forwards are affected. Outlook 2003 is my client and
it has not been tampered with unless a Microsft update was slipped in,
unlikely at this late date I suspect.

Could this changed behavior be caused by my internet provider (Clearwire via
gmail)?

Or is it something in Outlook that has magically changed?

what do you mean by 'echoing back'? the problem would be with your provider
whether they are bouncing or showing up in your inbox (typical gmail
behavior).

Diane,

By echo back i mean the following:
1. I forward via bcc to one or more recipients and the email is delivered to
them.
2. The next time I download email the forwarded message is placed in my inbox.

It is as if I had forwarded the message to myself, which I haven't. This
behavior just stared recently after years of use with no such behavior.

It's typical gmail behavior. Are you using pop3 or imap and is the sent item
stored in the online acct?

Yes, I am using a POP3 account via clearwire.net who uses gmail for their
email server.

I am not sure what you mean by "...is the sent item
stored in the online acct?"

I can tell you that I accessed my account by webmail and found my Bcc
messages stored in "Trash" and addressed to "me".

Bcc messages can only be found in "Junk" while all other sent mail, "Reply",
"Cc", etc., are stored in "Sent" and "All" mail folders on the web account.
