BCC Addressing

Does anyone know if Outlook 2000 has an limitation on the
number of To, CC, and BCC address that can be entered?
 
No. Those limits are imposed by the mail server, not Outlook.

What about an easy way for the send of an email to print out all the
names of those to whom were sent a bcc?

I can't find any really good way of doing this...
