Battery Popup

Is there anyway I can set up a visual popup or indicator that my battery
power is low, I have set up an audio one but I keep missing it when I have
turned the sound down so as not to annoy everyone else watching TV ?

There are around 10 with multiple skins to use. Really a nice touch.
