battery icon

when the laptop computer boots the battery icon is not in
the tray but if I log off and then log on it is there.
Short of reinstalling is there any fix that can get it back
when I boot?

Ck the manufacturers site for a fix or update. I had a
similar issue with the mute button on mine and they
finally made a patch for it. I still have a issue with
wake from standby, they tell me their working on it.
