My batteries in my laptop will not charge. My meter says
it's full but it will not start or remain operating
without being plugged in. I have went thru the relearning
process with the batteries and still have the problem. An

contact your laptop manufacturer. sounds like either power supply or mobo
problem..

I've had a similar problem.
My power meter says low battery but It really isn't.
If you go into your power properties and look under
alarms then alarm actions you can set them to do nothing
instead of shutting down etc.
I left my laptop unplugged and after about 5 minutes its
already telling me to recharge my battery.
However with my settings disabled it stays powered for
the two hours(or about) that the battery is supposed to
last for.
