Batch Setting of Information Rights Permissions?

Hi:

I've recently upgraded to Office Pro 2003 in order to take advantage of IRM
technology. I have hundreds of documents that I now have to set permissions
for. Is there a way to batch set the permissions for multiple documents at
once? (Each document needs the same permissions.)

I think it would have to be through a macro. You can record a macro to get the
code you need for setting permissions. And you should find code on
word.mvps.org website for looping through all the files in a directory
(folder).
