Bat2exec hostdrive portableapps

How do you write a batch file for portableapps?

I can't use the bat2Exec to compile a bat file into an exe to use on
portable apps because it chokes on $hostdrive$: when I try to set paths.

Ask in a scripting group or a group that directly supports it.
