Basic Access form question

Hi,
I want a form to display blank, ready to accept data from the user. How do
I do this
 
Yes,
I was being a bit dense there wasn't I? Thank you for pointing me in the
right direction. We also found that if you access from the Switchboard you
can select "Open in Add mode". This does have the same effect.
