Barcode Printing Smaller than Normal

I am running Microsoft Dynamics AX. We have packing lists with a
barcode on it. I switched printers and now the barcode is printing
extremely small. It isn't specific to a user or computer. I was
printing them on a LaserJet1300N and now an trying to print them on a
LaserJet4000n. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you install drivers for the 4000? Even though both printers are
1200 DPI, the drivers may behave differently.

Yes. The driver is the "HP LaserJet 4000 Series PCL" driver.

Try changing the resolution in the printer settings to 300 or 600 DPI.
It may be that the barcode font is a bitmap font.
