Bar Chart with Secondary Axis

I created a bar chart with a secondary axis but the data is now combined on
the same bar instead of side by side like I want it. Any idea how to keep
the two data sets in separate bars but still on two different axis??

If someone can help I would greatly appreciate it. This is driving me nuts!

If you right click on the data you want on the secondary axis and select
format data series, choose the axis tab and select secondary axis. If all
the series are bars though, it tends to "overlap" them ... I usually use a
line for the secondary axis data (personal pref) not sure if this helps at
all.
