Balloon hides behind taskbar!

the tooltip things that show date/time when you hover the mouse over the
date on taskbar appear behind the time so i could only see like 1/4 of it.

it happens to everything on my taskbar. any way to fix this?

Windows XP bug. Reboot, and it's gone, until it happens again.

I have had that happen once and a while. Usually logging out and back in
(no reboot necessary) is enough to fix it. I am glad I am not alone with
this problem It's very annoying and I have never bothered looking it up
in the MSKB since it fixes itself as I described.

JFTR, SP2 doesn't fix it either.

You might try unlocking your Task Bar then right clicking, choose Properties
and put a checkmark before "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows".
