ballons and error messages

hey mate:how do i stop pop up ballons and those send/don't send error
messages?
 
most programs that have an error report popup have an opption,
probable in its properties advanced, to be able to turn off the error
messanging
 
For the balloon issue, take your pick:

As far as the error reporting issue, you might want to try the
following:

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System.
On the Advanced page, click on Error Reporting.
Select "Disable error reporting".
Make sure "But notify me when critical errors occur" is checked.
Hit OK twice.
