bad pictures when opening webpages

when surfing the web all pictures are distorded they only clear when i right
clck and refresh pictures in full quality .how do i change settings ?

That is one of the methods used to make your dial-up appear
faster, the images are very heavily compressed. You can
look at the help files on the ISP site and see how to set
the system to your needs. Understand that good pictures
will take longer and the extra speed you're paying for may
not work.
