Bad hot keys!!! How do i make them go away!!!!

When i hit the number 2 excel pops up. So now I uninstall excel and hit 2 and
nonething shows up. How do i reset it back to the number 2?

You have some sort of third-party keyboard or hotkey software running.
You need to find out what it is and adjust its preferences from within
the program. If you have a laptop, the program was probably preinstalled
by the laptop mftr.
