Backweb? Strange dialog alert when loggin into windows

I am getting the following alert dialog box upon loggin in:

Backweb unable to access its data directory...etc etc...

Does anyone know what this relates to?

I believe "Backweb" is the unfortunate name Logitech has selected for its Desktop Manager update program. Do you use or have you used Logitech products, such as a mouse and/or keyboard?
