I just recently upgraded to WindowsXP from Windows 2000 Pro.
With Windows2000, there was a backup option in control
panel/accessories/system tools that I used to backup to my SCSI tape drive.
I do not find this option in WindowsXP. How would I initiate a backup to my
SCSI tape drive in WindowsXP?

Probably you are using Windows XP Home.
I am using Windows XP Pro and the backup option has the same location as
Windows 2000 Pro.
In case of Windows XP Home you have to download the Backup option from
Microsoft

Hi Jack-

I found a topic in "Help and Support" that appears to answer your question:

1. Click Start > Help and Support.
2. In 'Search', type "backup tape", and press ENTER.
3. Under 'Search Results', click "Back up files to a file or a tape"

Good luck with your backup.

Regards,
Rob

Carlos, do you happen to know where I start with Microsoft to download the
backup option?

In XP Home ntbackup is not installed by default, but it is on the
Windows installation CD in the \MSFT\ValueAdd folder as ntbackup.msi.
If you don't have an installation CD you can download it from here:
