The backups are on the backup drive in a folder whose name is the name of
the computer being backed up. They are not .bkf files, they are .zip files
The first backup is a full backup and the succeeding ones are incremental
backups.

Before migrating to Windows 'latest and greatest', always 'unback' any
backups and then recreate them using the backup program supplied with the OS
you want to use.

The folders in Vista are organized differently from XP. For example, XP's
"C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\My Documents\My Music" in Vista is
"C:\Users\Your User Name\Music". As long as you adhere to Vista's file
structure, all of your things will be backed up. Vista backs up by folder
type, not folder name. So, put all your music in your music folder. Things
such as system files, programs, temporary files are not backed up. because
they can be recreated by other means.
