Backup??

I have OS-XP SP2 Home,768 Ram,120GB external HD for backup....I am
thinking of getting a new computer..It will come with XP Pro with
SP2....My question is when I transfer the backup will it have XP Home
with the backup?? Or maybe someone can explain the best way to put the
backup on the new PC...Thanks.
