Backup Utility

Am I not able to access the backup utility because my XP
was preinstalled? Every article I've read has said to
load it off the valueadd cd, which I don't have.

Any ideas?
 
It is just possible that its hidden...try a Start/Search for NTbackup and
install it if it's found.
