I recently started using the Backup Utility to do both Full and Incremental
Backups. When I go into "Restore and Manage Media" and expand the directory
under a specific backup, some of the directories in the tree have Red
Exclamation Marks on the folder. Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks

You never mention the backup software package? But usually mean that it (the
file/folder) has not been backed up.

The backup software package is "Backup Utility for Windows" provided by
Microsoft for use with Windows XP. I think it was originally released for
use with Windows NT.

Re: Your statement that the Red Exclamation Point usually means that the
folder has not been backed up ... Why might the SW fail to backup a folder.

Thanks
