I have someone I work with that has setup a bunch of customizations on the
default toolbars as well as a personal toolbar. A few of the items are
Macros for things like Public Folders, etc. Occasionally, his profile gets
reset and his toolbar settings disappear. I have made him screen shots to
'record' his settings so he can redo them, but wondered if there was a way
to back them up somewhere where he can just replace his toolbar settings.
We are running Outlook 2000 on Exchange 2000. I know ost files are stored
differently that pst, so just wanted I make sure I do it right and not mess
it up anymore.

Thanks!

Toolbar customizations and macros are stored in separate files -- outcmd.dat
for the toolbars and VbaProject.otm for macros. If you're using Windows
2000 or XP, those files will be in a hidden folder, so include hidden
folders in your search parameters.
