Have formatted and backed up my PC once using 12 GB of a 40 GB drive. It
shows on My Computer as Vew Volume (E
with the bkf file.
Trying to create a new folder or just drop some files onto this drive and
get these error messages:
Can't copy: The file or directory is corrupted & unreadable.
New Folder: can't be created you may not have access (I do)
Save to E: Word can't save or create this file. Make sure the disk you
want to save isn't full, write-protected or damaged.
Western Digitial said it is a Windows problem.
Will a different backup program solve it or only compound my problem?
