Backup Software

Was pretty diligent about backing up my files when using W95 and W98, but
have to admit that I've slipped since going to XP two years ago; have just
been backing up my Quicken files and copying my Documents to CD
occasionally. Just downloaded BackUp Maker (version 3.0, standard) from
ASCOMP Software. Any opinions from users? Is it a good choice?
