Backup software for W2k?

Does any one know of backup software that works with a HP SDLT drive similar
to BackupExec or ArcServe but at 1/3 the cost of BackupExec/ArcServe?

I tried NTBackup, but it does not meet our needs and BackupExec/ArcServe are
way to expensive for us. Are there any alternatives to BackupExec/ArcServe
that are a lot more economical? I'm probably asking for the impossible; but
worth the try.
