backup pst file in OUTLOOK 2002

HI,
I've successfully loaded the pfbackup.exe download from the MS site, but
when I go into Outlook 2002-->File, there's no 'Backup' selection. I know
it's there because when I tried to re-load it told me I had to uninstall
first. No errors, just can't see the menu choice. Anybody know why?
My .pst file location:
C:\Documents and Settings\Sandra\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
