Backup Program for Windows Mail

Is anyone using a program to back up their Windows Mail? I want to backup
my emails, contacts, settings, calendar, etc. each week. Any free programs
out there?

I found the export feature for both Windows Mail and Calendar. That will
work fine for me.

Your normal backup program should be doing that already.
