Backup problem!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I put one of old backups(a tape)into tape drive and wants
to take backup on this tape but every media I selected It
says there isn't this media if I select new media it says
can't set new media.When I want to eject this tape from
computer management snap-in the "Eject" option for this
tape is disable.
How can I eject this tape from tape drive?

Can you prepare the tape in Removeable Storage Manager?

Hi,
When I Prepare every one of the listed Medias it says:
"The requested resource is in use."
And I can't Eject them because the Eject is disable.
Maybe this media is none of these listed Media.How can I
Eject this tape from tape drive?

If you restart the computer/server, does it still give you the same errors?
Sounds like something is running in the background and hanging onto the
tape...
