Backup makes server bounce

Whenever I kick off a backup on a particular server it
ends up rebooting in about 5 minutes. Ever heard of
this? Happens with both CommVault and NT Backup.

Got anything relevant in the system or app event logs?

Nothing. Just that the last shutdown was unexpected.
Nothing in the Dr. Watson logs either. Mystery.

No hardware errors related to your SCSI card or anything? Timeouts?

Nope. Everything is fine there. As a side note, this
only happens when I try to backup the operating system
drive. The 2 other data drives backup fine.

Inneresting - if you do a test job that backs up just a couple of
files/folders on the system volume, does the problem happen?
