Backup files to different networked computer

Simple home network setup with two computers.

PC1 - XP Pro with two hdd's C: and D:.
PC2 - XP Home with single hdd

File sharing and printer sharing has been setup between the two and working
fine.

Use windows backup utility to backup files from PC2 to shared folder on PC1.
Using the 'now' option works fine and the backup file is created on PC1.

Attempt to use the 'later' option and create a scheduled task. The
scheduled task does not run because the user account and password is not set.

I set the option to not require a password on the XP Pro machine (PC1) when
setting up the home network and filesharing. When I try to set a password
for the scheduled task on PC2, get a permission denied message.

What else do I need to do to get the scheduled task to run?

Found this in a different group -

Setup an account with password on PC2 for the backup task. Setup the same
account on PC1 and scheduled task ran without any problems.
