Backup Fails - Disk full - NOT!

Backing up an NTFS disk about 8GB to another disk (FAT32) with over 19GB
free it gets a bit over halfway and says "Disk Full". I checked all the
files on the NTFS disk - none are even close to the 4GB limit of FAT32,
the largest file is about 600MB. Ideas?

Thanks

I figured it out. It's not a data file size problem but the size of the
backup file that exceeds 4GB. The solution is to either convert the
destination disk to NTFS or do several backups that don't hit the 4GB mark.

You should also have the ability to break the backup up
into packets just slightly smaller then 4gig, w2k backup
allows for this.

Yes, I know but I chose not to do it that way and converted the
partition to NTFS. I only had it as FAT32 for file access from Linux
(dual booting) but no longer need that since I've added NTFS support on
my Linux side.

Thanks!
