Backup application

The problem that I am running into is after I create a
backup job, when it starts on schedule a dialog box comes
up that requires a click to continue. The box alerts me
to the fact that it has data on the tape and do I want to
continue? I have of course check the option that says' to
over-write the tape. What else should I be looking for?
