Backup and restore Outlook data

Re Outlook 2003.
Does anyone know if it is possible to simply BackUP and
Restore ones Email Folders and Address book.
Also is it possible to backup to a USB memory Stick so it
could be taken to and Internet Cafe and have access to
the data.

As far as the USB memory Stick, you can
backup your files to the stick, however you
would need to setup your profile each time
to access the information. You would then need
to transfer this information back to your home
drive when completed. Again the site listed above
should provide some insight into how to accomplish
this objective.
