While writing emails, and I use the backspace key, my email crashes
and I lose all that I have written. Amy suggestion?

Does it happen just in E-mail, and not when doing other things, like word
processing for example?

If it happens only in E-mail, what program do you use for E-mail?

How long has this being going on? If it just started, have you rebooted
since the problem began? Sometimes just rebooting fixes strange glitches
like this.

If that doesn't help, and assuming that it's not limited to E-mail, I'd try
another keyboard.
