Backing Up & Syncing between two computers

How do I synchronize the files between two computers?
I have a desktop computer in the office and laptop I take with me. I want to
maintain Outlook information on both and sync changes when I am back in the
office. If I make changes on the office computer and on the laptop, I want to
be able to sync them so that all changes are then on both computers.
