When using the backup facility in Windows XP I backup My Doc's, and other
folders. What do I use within the XP back facility to make sure all my
Outlook files are backed up. I'm backing up to an external drive say e:/

You'll need to make sure that the location in which you store your pst-file
is included in your backup. I would advise moving your pst-file into your
"My Documents" folder.

Also make sure Outlook is closed and the outlook.exe process isn't running
when making a backup or the file can't be backed up.

Thank you but how do I do this? I'm not sure where to find the Pst files.
Sorry not great with all the directory stuff. Do I make a new folder call
Outlook pst in My Doc's? Then how do I point, or copy from where they are now
to the new folder in My Doc's?
