How do I back up my Outlook data? I can't find the .pst file on my c:drive.

Generally

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserNameHere\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlooks.pst

OR
Right click on your "Personal Folders", then Properties, then Advanced. It will tell you where it is.

It's best to download and use the Outlook Backup utility available at MS
Office Downloads. It will add a Backup option to your File menu in Outlook.

The .pst file is a hidden file - turn on searching hidden files/folders in Windows search
The best backup is to simply copy your .pst file (with Outlook completely closed) to a location of your choice, such as a USB or external drive.

Or alternatively, setup a ZIP job to compress (ZIP) the file every Saturday
or Sunday AM if that's a good time when you're not on the system.
