Backing Up Hard Drives

Hi, when I do backups of my C: D: & E: hard drives, I usually do them as
individual backups for each drive. My question is, should I also back up the
"system state" with each hard drive backup or just with the C: drive?

If you are running XP HE, it does not have the backup feature pro version does.
You can purchase a 3rd party program like Norton's Ghost that will do that.
 
What is the difference beside Pro is installed by default and Home is
installed manually off of the disk ? Jym
 
A little rephrasing of my question, I'm running XP pro, should I also back
up the
